Martin Giles is a Master Chocolatier who likes to dabble in creative collabs, including whiskey and poitin combinations. Meet Belfast’s Willie Wonka, and take part in a fun evening of chocolate and spirits.

BIA Fest is designed to showcase Belfast’s best produce and producers. This interactive experience allows you to get your hands dirty (lick them clean) and create your own chocolate truffles.

This event is limited to 20 people, and has limited access to those in a wheelchair. Some dietary needs will not be met at this event due to the nature of the products provided, please get in touch to find out more.
