Expect Dunville's Single Malt, Old Comber Single Pot Still & under strict instructions from Jarlath Watson - the Belfast Coffee with Bán Poitín.

Ryan has supported the festivital since its inception and works hard to produce exceptional dining experiences; this will be no different.

Delve into an exquisite tasting menu, paired with exceptional Irish Whiskies each having matured in Sherry or Port Casks, each being limited in number and very exclusive.
