Hinch Distillery: Boozy Brunch

Exclusive Belfast Whiskey Week

Join us at our award-winning home outside Ballynahinch for a relaxed afternoon of whiskey, food, cocktails and County Down hospitality.

On this exclusive Belfast Whiskey Week distillery day, you will be collected from Belfast in our private shuttle bus and welcomed to Hinch with bubbles, before enjoying a lite bite in the courtyard (weather permitting…) alongside a Hinch cocktail and an introduction to the story of the distillery so far.

Guests will then be taken on a walkthrough of the distillery, an Irish Coffee, and a neat tasting of Ireland's best Small Batch Single Malt in our Tasting Bar — followed by a special warehouse visit for a cask-strength tasting straight from the cask!

To finish the afternoon, guests will return to the Brasserie for Hinch cocktails, charcuterie and live music.

Whiskey, brunch and warm hospitality — brought together in the heart of County Down.
