Your opportunity to show off your creative skills by mixing and shaking your own cocktail. Be prepared to be in awe of your own self as you learn from our prestige mixologist who will demonstrate three curated cocktails using Dingle Distillery.

Each masterclass uses the spirits from our local Irish distilleries by honing in on their distinct flavours and tasting notes — incorporating local botanicals with fresh ingredients and Belfast multi award-winning premium mixers, Longbridge Drinks.
