What is BiaFest?

Bia is the Irish word for food — and BiaFest is where Belfast Whiskey Week’s love of great whiskey meets the city’s best kitchens. For one week, Belfast’s standout restaurants, chocolatiers and chefs collaborate with distillers and whiskey experts on events you won’t find anywhere else: long lunches, exclusive dinners, chocolate pairings, sandwich-and-dram sessions and immersive tastings.

Every event is ticketed individually, so you can build your own week — one supper or seven.
