The Academy is Ulster University's training restaurant on York Street, where the next generation of Northern Irish chefs serve a seasonal, locally sourced menu beneath floor-to-ceiling views of St Anne's Cathedral. It's the home of BIA Fest whiskey dinners with Chef Keri — food and whiskey treated with equal seriousness in a room with a view to match.
