What an incredible afternoon we had at The Watson, Belfast's stunning new hospitality venue, as we kicked off the countdown to Belfast Whiskey Week 2025 with our corporate networking event!
This special afternoon brought together our partners, sponsors, hospitality venues, distilleries, and supporters — the people who help make the festival possible — for an afternoon of great conversation, new business connections, and well-deserved recognition.

✅ The Venue — The Watson, right in the heart of Belfast, providing the perfect backdrop along with their signature cone of chips and homemade mayo — simple, local, delicious!
✅ The Cocktail — A beautifully balanced serve featuring a slightly peated whiskey from Titanic Distilleries, poured over ice with Clearer Twist Ginger Ale, a generous squeeze of fresh lime, and finished with a hydrated lime garnish. A refreshing, bold nod to one of Belfast’s most enduring stories.
✅ The Straight Pour — Lir Red PX, from the Glens of Antrim Distillery, a whiskey steeped in rich Sherry cask influence and even richer folklore.
✅ The Sweet Collaborations — Exquisite, spirit-inspired donuts from Oh Donut, and handmade whiskey-themed chocolates from Daisies Chocolatiers, Belfast’s artisan chocolate experts.
