Guiding the cigars is Cassandra Hair — Miss Tampa Whiskey herself — whiskey and cigar specialist from Tampa, Florida, America's historic cigar capital, whose cigar-and-whiskey pairings sell out on the far side of the Atlantic. On the whiskey side of the table sits our very own Séamus Óg Birt — Dunville's global brand ambassador and the driving force behind Uisce Bhéal Feirste, Belfast's monthly whiskey club. Belfast dúchas meets Tampa craft, one dram and one draw at a time.
